Placing An Order
Once you have ordered an item, an order acknowledgement
will be sent to your email address. The order acknowledgement will list
the items you ordered, confirm the prices paid and provide each items'
estimated shipping dates. Your order acknowledgement number will be
required to discuss any customer service issues that may arise.
After an item has shipped you will be sent the corresponding tracking
number for your shipment. Please read the shipping information below
to understand your responsibilities in receiving your shipment.
Delivery outside the lower 48 states
Currently, on-line orders can only be accepted for the lower 48 United
States. If you live outside the on-line service area, please contact
Customer Service.
Shipping Information
The freight carrier will contact you to set up an appointment for
delivery. Someone must be there who is able to offload, inspect
cartons for damage and sign for the delivery. Redelivery fees may
apply if you miss your scheduled delivery appointment. If you are unable to
off load the shipment yourself, you must contact the freight carrier to
ask about other service options available and whether there will be
additional cost involved. You will be responsible for any additional
costs involved with non-standard delivery. INSPECT
YOUR CARTONS CAREFULLY. If you notice damage to any part of your
shipment, refuse those damaged cartons and make a note on the receiving
document prior to signing for the delivery.
